EA Academy (Escuela Avancemos) is a K-8 Public School Academy located in the heart of Southwest Detroit. Our school “educates with love” by providing a unique experience for students through a "whole child" framework. This unique approach incorporates a full-service community model that aims to close the achievement gap through extensive and targeted services to support and empower the local community, families, and students it serves. Escuela Avancemos values and upholds restorative principles, academic rigor, and community engagement strategies to inspire students to be critical thinkers and succeed at the highest level.
