Our Human Resource Department is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to staff with leaves of absences, workers compensation claims, compensation concerns, professional development, employee training, grievances, contract administration, harassment, and civil rights complaints, Freedom of Information Act requests, FERPA requests, employment compensation, recruitment, and processing of new hires, payroll, benefits and more.

Sanga Consulting, Inc is dedicated to providing its employees with various comprehensive and competitive employee benefits packages.
Personal insurances, including but not limited to, health and dental, are effective on the 61st day of employment. Employees are responsible for 50% of their health and 100% dental insurance premiums.
Please note benefit elections can only be changed with a qualifying life event (marriage, the birth of a child, divorce, etc) during the open enrollment period.
